pseudonymization

responsible person

The controller is the person who decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data and carries out these accordingly.

The processor is another natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

Recipient

The recipient is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to whom personal data is disclosed.

consent

Consent of the data subject is any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes in the form of a statement or other unambiguous confirmatory act by which he or she signifies agreement to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

violation of the protection of personal data

Biometric data

health data

Health data means personal data relating to the physical or mental health of a natural person, including the provision of healthcare services, and which reveal information about his or her health status.

supervisory authority

The supervisory authority is an independent public authority established by a Member State pursuant to Art. 51 GDPR, which is responsible for monitoring compliance with data protection laws and regulations.

3. Information on the processing of personal data

We process your personal data using various technical options and, where appropriate, with the help of additional service providers. We would like to inform you about the specific details of the processing in the following points.

visit to our website

(1) When you visit our website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server.
